UDUKE FLAP DISC 7" GRIT #60

7 in (180 mm) flap disc with a 7/8 in (22 mm) arbor hole, 60 grit (coarse grit), for angle grinders. It is made of overlapping abrasive flaps that grind and smooth at the same time and leave a more even finish than a rigid grinding wheel.

With 60 grit it is meant for grinding and fast stock removal: removing burrs, weld beads and rust. The label shows the maximum speed (8,600 RPM), the 80 m/s peripheral speed and the ISO 9001 mark.

Tips

• Always wear protection: helmet or face shield, hearing protection, goggles, dust mask, gloves and boots, as the label indicates.
• Do not exceed the maximum speed printed on the disc; the grinder must run at the same or lower RPM.
• Inspect the disc before mounting it and discard it if it is dented, warped or has loose flaps.
• Work with the disc tilted a few degrees to the workpiece, without pressing too hard.
