Fixed frame for a 12-inch hacksaw blade, with a black metal frame and a one-piece yellow plastic handle, without a rubber insert.
The blade is tensioned with a screw at the end of the frame. To change it, loosen the screw until the blade is free, fit a new one and tighten to the desired tension.
