UDUKE FLAP DISC 4 1/2" GRIT #100

Flap disc, 4 1/2 in (115 mm) with a 7/8 in (22 mm) arbor hole, grit 100 (fine grit), for angle grinders. It is made of overlapping abrasive flaps that grind and smooth at the same time and leave a more even finish than a rigid grinding disc.

With grit 100 it is intended for fine finishing and the transition between grinding and polishing.

Tips

• Always wear protection: helmet or face shield, hearing protection, safety glasses, dust mask, gloves and boots, as the label indicates.
• Do not exceed the maximum speed printed on the disc; the grinder must run at the same or lower RPM.
• Inspect the disc before mounting it and discard it if it is damaged, warped or has loose flaps.
• Work with the disc tilted a few degrees to the workpiece, without pressing too hard.
